A single café gets the whole product at forty-nine dollars a month - counting, POS, regular recognition and nightly bake forecasting. Nothing is withheld to make a higher tier look better.

What the higher plans add is what only a group actually needs: a shared bake-line catalogue, one customer identity across counters, site-by-site comparison, and central production planning.

Hardware, setup and contract terms.

Will this work with the POS hardware we already have?

In most cases yes. It runs in a browser on a counter tablet, touchscreen till or laptop, and drives standard network thermal receipt and label printers. Existing card terminals and UPI acceptance continue to be used as they are, with the payment mode recorded against the order. Where a specific piece of equipment is not compatible, we tell you during setup rather than after you have committed.

How long does setup take?

A single café is usually trading on it the same day, with an afternoon spent entering bake lines, thresholds and quick keys against your actual case. A multi-site group is staged deliberately: one counter for a few weeks so the catalogue settles, then the remaining sites inherit it.

What are the contract terms?

Monthly terms with cancellation at the end of a billing period, or annual terms at a lower rate. Chain is quoted per group and includes onboarding, and we will put the scope in writing before anything starts.

Do you charge per member of staff or per till?

Neither. Staff accounts and tills are unlimited on every plan. Pricing is based on locations, because that is what actually reflects the size of what you are running. A café with one counter and six baristas pays forty-nine dollars a month.

What happens if we grow past five locations?

Multi Café covers up to five locations in total. At six you move to Chain, which is quoted on counter count and whether a central bakery supplies the group. The move happens at your next billing period and nothing needs migrating.

Is Single Café a cut-down version?

No, and that is deliberate. A one-location café gets the full single-site product at forty-nine dollars: bake counting, aging flags, regular recognition, loyalty, scheduling and nightly forecasting. What the higher plans add only becomes meaningful once you have more than one counter to keep consistent.

Is there a trial?

There is a paid first month on single-site plans that you can walk away from, which we prefer to a free trial. A café needs a few weeks of real counting before the product is showing what it does, and a fortnight of trial tends to end before that point.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Sales, bake history, waste records and your customer list export in standard formats on request. There is no retention period you have to wait out and no fee for the export.

Can we move between plans?

Yes, in either direction, effective from the next billing period. Moving from Single Café to Multi Café when a second site opens is the common path, and your bake lines, history and regulars carry across rather than being set up again.

Do you take a percentage of our sales?

No. We are not in the payment flow and we do not take a cut of what you sell. The plan fee is the whole cost.
